如何制作接机牌？
在首页选择“机场接人”，填写乘客姓名，也可以加入航班号和集合点，然后点击“全屏显示”。机场接人属于免费功能。
文字为什么向错误方向滚动？
阅读方向默认自动识别。你也可以在 Motion 中手动选择从左到右或从右到左，适合英语、中文、阿拉伯语等不同文字。
如何恢复购买？
打开任意带有 PRO 标记的功能进入付费页，然后选择“恢复购买”。请确认设备登录的是原来购买时使用的 Apple 账户。
如何取消年度订阅？
打开 iPhone“设置”→ 你的 Apple 账户 →“订阅”，选择 GlowHello 后管理或取消。终身版是一次性购买，不会续订。
我的文字会上传吗？
不会。消息、常用牌、收藏和显示设置只保存在设备本地。详情请参阅隐私政策。
手电筒工具会拍照吗？
不会。它只控制后置摄像头的闪光灯硬件，不会拍摄或保存照片、音频或视频。

How do I make an airport pickup sign?
Choose Airport pickup on the home screen, enter the passenger name, optionally add a flight number and meeting point, then tap Show Full Screen. Airport pickup is available for free.
Why is the text moving in the wrong direction?
Reading direction is detected automatically by default. Under Motion, you can manually choose left-to-right or right-to-left for English, Chinese, Arabic, and other scripts.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open any feature marked PRO to show the paywall, then choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account as the original purchase.
How do I cancel the yearly subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, then select GlowHello to manage or cancel it. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Are my messages uploaded?
No. Messages, saved signs, favorites, and display preferences stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Does the flashlight tool take photos?
No. It only controls the rear-camera torch hardware and does not capture or store photos, audio, or video.
